One of the main themes of our exhibition was how fashion has shaped Barbie's appearance and how Barbie still influences fashion today. We brought you dolls seen in the Barbie movie, as well as evergreen classics like Malibu Beach Barbie with real retro accessories. We showed how Barbie inspired pop music icons and different hair trends, among other things.

On 14 and 28 October we organised special fashion shows, where during the show the escalators and of course the atrium of Allee were transformed into a catwalk! Models marched at arm's length, so you literally came face to face with the latest trends!
